Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Due to food safety regulations, opened or used food products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method.

• Used products
• Clearance or promotional items (unless received damaged)
